Kelly Ruth founded Reliable Recruiting on a simple belief: great staffing is built on relationships, not transactions. For over 25 years she has personally matched healthcare and medical professionals to the Dallas-Fort Worth teams that need them, and she still meets every candidate face to face before she ever makes an introduction.

A female-owned, locally operated firm, Reliable Recruiting reflects the standards Kelly holds herself to every day: communication, respect, honesty, and a genuine commitment to getting the fit right for both sides. Clients have stayed with her for decades because she treats their staffing challenges as her own and does not rest until the match is right.
